Rob has been involved in Compassion for Orphans since October 2002 assisting Alkes Ioannou with the design and development of the KOPPS (Key Operating Policies, Procedures, and Systems Controls) report and operations manual. Rob has also contributed to the design and implementation of the IT systems used by Compassion for Orphans.
Rob has extensive management experience and is motivated to improve performance through improved management approaches, systems and processes either as a consultant or key contributor. His contribution to ‘Compassion for Orphans’ is demonstrated in the achievement of effectiveness, efficiency and good governance
